Overview

Wood to Arrows is a men's discipleship app designed to help small groups grow in faith, accountability, and community. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how, when you use the app.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and use the app, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• An invite or church code used to join a Wingman Group
• Challenge progress, journal entries, and personal goals you choose to enter
• Reactions you send to other members of your group
• A device push-notification token, if you enable notifications

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Operate your account and sync your progress across sessions
• Display your activity to members of your Wingman Group
• Allow group members to encourage one another through reactions
• Send meeting reminders and encouragement via push notifications and email

Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the app. They process only the data needed to perform their function:

• Supabase — secure account and data storage
• Stripe — subscription payments, handled through our website. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored by Wood to Arrows.
• Resend — transactional and reminder emails
• Expo — delivery of push notifications

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with advertising networks or analytics companies. Information is shared only with the service providers above, and only as needed to run the app.

Data Security

Your data is protected using Row Level Security in Supabase, which ensures users can only access data they are authorized to see. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Age Requirement

Wood to Arrows is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us at woodtoarrows@gmail.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
